Parental Autonomy v. Child Autonomy v. State Authority Powers

چکیده

In this paper the author analyzes relations between parental autonomy, child autonomy and State authority powers within purview of content rights, family status (maternity paternity) as well in exercise rights. These issues are presented according to Serbian law court practice, from a comparative international perspective.
